$10 blow up pool = Endless Fun

This is what spring time and 80 degree weather in Texas is all about ya'll.  We've been hanging out on our deck everyday after school with freeze pops and sunscreen.  It's been divine.  The tricky part is getting them to come in for a bath!  Look how much my beauties have grown!  Time is going by much too fast.

The {V} Girls - Spring Portraits

Oh what a fun session this was!  These girls cracked me up.  We took family pictures first and the girls were being silly and giggling about someone making noises (not from their mouths) and were teasing and being crazy.  But as soon as I picked the camera back up to compose they became all serious and were totally into the shoot!  It was great.  If only all my sessions were like this one I would be a happy girl.  This momma is one lucky lady to have 4 gorgeous girls in her life.  Beautiful mom + Beautiful girls = A Beautiful Family.

Alright folks, I know this is what you've been waiting for.  I've finally caught myself up with editing and am ready to post wedding pictures for this beautiful couple!  They were married at the First United Methodist Church in Dallas on a gorgeous spring day last month.  It was a lovely ceremony and the reception was just gorgeous as well.  Here are some little memories of their special day.

Hello Again - Not ONE but TWO Sneek Peeks!

It's been a while....I took a little break over the holidays from photo sessions and snuggled with my family.  The weather has been perking up and I've started to get busy again and it's been so fun!  I love this time of year in Texas with the sunshine and blue skies.

Earlier this month I had the privilege of photographing this cute couple on their wedding day.  It was a beautiful spring day in Downtown Dallas at the First United Methodist Church.  Here is a sneek peek from their special day.  Don't worry....there will be plenty more coming in a few weeks!

The {V} Family Sneek Peek

Last week I got to hang with five fun girls - all sugar and a little spice!  It was one of my favorite sessions - the girls were so cute and very photogenic!  We've got serious model potential here. Enjoy this cute sneek peek but don't get too cozy cause there are so many more - even more adorable than this one!

Miss G was my subject today as she sat in the warmth from the sun on my bed this afternoon.  She looked so cute in her playdress that one of her little friends let her borrow today.  She grabbed her guitar and started to strum.  It was time to bust out the camera and have a mini session.  This one doesn't have a very long attention span so it was 'mini' mini session.  Isn't she gorgeous?

Spring is upon us and we are loving the beautiful weather and brilliant blue skies.  I have buds on my tree already!  This quite possibly might be my favorite time of year.  We have to soak it all up and save it for next year - we never know how long weather like this will last in Texas.   I'm getting busy again for spring sessions.  Be sure to contact me soon to save your spot!  Current session fees are $200. 

The {P} Family

This is the last session from my December clients - I am all caught up and these were just waiting to be posted on the blog today.  I really enjoyed this session - the family picked the location, the teenage kids were so laid back and mom and dad were willing to do whatever I asked.  We climbed all over rocks, squatted in long grass hiding who knows what and got close to duck droppings near the pond.  Yuck.  This was one of the easiest sessions I have done - I just said 'cheese' and the pictures were great! Thanks again for hanging out with me {P} family!

The {T} Family

I was so excited to finally schedule a session with this family.  We've been talking about it for months and were finally able to find a day when we were both free.  Just have to say, I love these guys.  They are good friends of ours and it was great to spend some time with them to capture some fun family memories for them.  I was also thankful that they were willing to drive to this amazing location that we have both been wanting to go to!  The weather was a bit chilly but we pushed through and shot till sunset and got some great ones.  Thanks again for the fab time guys.  You're the best!
